The Leg Stretch is the perfect warm up activity for users at various fitness levels. Stretching prior to a workout can help to prevent lactic acid build up in the muscles, thus reducing the pain which comes after workouts.This multi-functional piece of outdoor gym equipment can also be used for squats, enabling a more comprehensive lower body warm up, without the need for several different units. The leg stretch equipment is great as part of a warm up or cool down as it gently helps to improve both balance and flexibility. Suitable to be used by up to three (3) users who are over 140cm / 4’7″ in height.
