Moor Park School – Timber Adventure Trail
The school had an existing area which was getting old and needed to be replaced. The existing equipment had a tower climber which did not allow enough children to play together.
The School asked Ray Parry Playgrounds to create an area which could be used by lots of children together and also provide different challenges for a wider age range.
We designed a bespoke timber linked trail The Moor Park Trail, which could be used by lots of children together and challenge the children whilst helping to build on skills such as balance, coordination, body strength, challenge the mind and get children to work together and build on social skills and interaction.
The schools parents association raised fund for the new equipment and after we installed the new timber trail the school added the timber surround and wood chip safer surface.
The school are extremely pleased with the new play equipment and the children really enjoy the challenge.
